Good game. good play. very scary, and only getting better.. It's been years since a game has gripped me as completely as The Blackout Club. Despite being in Early Access at the moment, everything about this game feels pretty complete, with the developers always working to shine and add more to it. The community aspect and the bit-by-bit trickle of information about the mysteries of the game is great for people who want to feel like they truly are adding to the story- because you are.. You honestly, think at first this game is potentially mediocre, but you couldn't be more wrong, there is so much lore behind this game that it goes under appreciated. I can honestly recommend this game to anyone who wants to have a good time and love a game that can get intense!. Most immersive game I have ever played. Fantastic graphics, mechanics, and beautifully designed game.. This game could be fun but it needs a few improvements.1. SIN - Add some sort of sin meter and some sort of menu that lists the sins. Also please make the sin meter more lenient. Once the Shape spawns all stealth gameplay goes right out the window and it just encourages sprinting through the entire level.2. The Shape should only last for 5 minutes or at the very least not constantly home in on you. He is basically a game over if you're trying to go the stealth route. Seriously this really discourages any stealth style of play I have no idea what the devs were thinking.3. Make the bonus evidence more visible for god's sake it's so hard to see.4. The only viable skill tree in this game is Unstoppable which lets you parkour faster which is helpful because stealth is impossible in this game.5. Finally, INCREASE THE XP GAINED FROM MISSIONS!!. The prologue is amazing, the rest of the game is not good.The game has inconsistent mechanics and too much RNG. You'll spend 10 minutes at the beginning of every mission crouch walking at a snail's pace only to have the game to roll the dice and decide you lose. Maybe the game will make it obvious that you've lost, or maybe it will string you along for another 15 minutes even though you are in a no-win scenario. Hiding and being silent is the CORE mechanic, yet hiding and being silent sometimes just doesn't work. I haven't been able to find a consistent way to determine when it isn't going to work. But, sometimes, an enemy will just divert from it's path and grab you. This is very frustrating since there is no other way to play I played this game when it was fairly new, and it had flaws but was playable. The last few updates made this game a chore and frustrating.There is an invader option that was added. Another player can invade your game and ruin it for you. Want to turn that off? Too bad.. 7\/10 I would highly recommend this game for anyone who enjoys Horror and stealth based gamesPersonal experience with game: The RNG in this game hates me whenever i host a game. Start a round? here have 2 lucids inside your first house! leaving that house? here's 3 more lucids bunched up in the street! Go into the maze? Here have 2 more lucids in the first room! About to get last objective done? HERE HAVE SOME MORE LUCIDS HOW DOES 4 SOUND!I am not even exaggerating i had other players joining me and they couldn't believe how many lucids i get in my games.HOWEVER, this isn't a complaint i find this hilarious and has led me to laugh so much when i sneak by a lucid just to get a face full of another right around the corner. This isn't even a fault with the game just my bad luck and i feel that my misfortune has added a lot to my experience with this game.
